About this course
This gentle, easy to follow 1 month program is designed to support fertility and balance hormones, while nurturing your nervous system to combat negative effects of stress on reproductive health. Centred around your cycle, this program teaches in accordance with women’s changing needs and hormonal fluctuations as they shift throughout the month. This uniquely tailored approach allows you to gain the most out of your fertility practice, understand your cycle more thoroughly, and nurture reproductive health regardless of whether you are someone who experiences fertility challenges or not!
Studies have shown that the practice of yoga, guided relaxation and breathing techniques (Pranayama) can be key in evoking the relaxation response and in turn “significantly decreasing anxiety, depression, and fatigue as well as increasing vigour” leading to a decrease in infertility*.
The Fertile Bloom 28 Day Program is designed to:
- Instigate your body’s natural relaxation response to reduce stress
- Work with your cycle
- Strengthen the bond between your heart and your womb
This course creates an energetic warmth around your womb and supports you physiologically, mentally and energetically in your journey to support your fertility.
Physical yoga practices (Asanas) work in alignment with your cycle to either support, rest or to revitalise and warm your body with special attention to the reproductive organs.
Guided visualisations move you in to your relaxation response. They use imagery and thoughts to bring a feeling of positivity into the body and to reduce anxiety and worry. These practices can take you into a deep state of relaxation, accessing your subconscious and helping you to unlock any hidden trauma or grief that may be hindering your fertility.
The breath practices (Pranayama) work with your autonomic nervous system to nourish and calm. They also oxygenate our blood and improve circulation around the body, especially to the reproductive organs.

It is designed to work in harmony with your menstrual cycle, beginning on day one of your period or bleed.

Once you’ve enrolled and your payment is confirmed, you’ll be sent an email with your log-in details to log into our special student section of the website where you can get started with your course.
Our Fertile Bloom course is easy to navigate – it’s all clearly laid out and you don’t have to be a ‘techy’ person to figure it out!
Once you finish the 28 day course you can start again at Day One (unless of course you conceive during this time). You can download all the videos so you can continue to use them beyond the 12 month access to the online course.
We suggest you continue this program for as long as it takes you to conceive. It is safe to keep practicing indefinitely or until you conceive. If you conceive then we suggest you explore one of our Prenatal Yoga online classes.
We would love it if you could then please fill out the feedback form at the end of the program, whether it be at 28 days or further along.
If you are a Yoga teacher and would like a completion certificate for the training then you’ll have the option of downloading your Completion Certificate once you complete the quiz at the end of the month.
You can either print out the certificate or keep it digitally to send to registration bodies (eg: Yoga Alliance / Yoga Australia) to gain all-important CPD (Continuing Professional Development Points). The hours on your Completion Certificate for which you’ll be able claim CPDs are 8 non-contact hours.
For Yoga Teachers:
A Completion Certificate (PDF electronic file) is provided once you’ve completed the course and the quiz. The total course hours on this completion certificate is 8 non-contact hours.
Members of both Yoga Alliance and Yoga Australia are required to complete ongoing professional development to keep their membership current. By completing our Bliss Baby Yoga Online Extension Modules, teachers are able to accrue some of these necessary professional development hours as well as enhance their knowledge and skills in this specialised area of women’s health.
(The following information re: Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance requirements for CPD was true at the time of publishing – please check the Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance websites via links below to confirm their requirements).
For Yoga Australia members, 12 CPD points (Continuing Professional Development) must be accrued each year to keep your membership active. These can be accrued through contact or non-contact hours of study. Our Online Fertile Bloom Program is counted as non-contact study core to yoga teaching (2 points per hour as per Yoga Australia Guidelines). This Online Extension Module is 8 hours, so Yoga Australia members will accrue 4 CPD points.
For Yoga Alliance members, according to their Continuing Education Requirements, every 3 years starting from your initial date of registration, each RYT and E-RYT must complete and log a minimum of:
- 45 hours teaching yoga, and
- 30 hours of yoga related training that is directly related to one of the Educational Categories, of which:
- At least 10 training hours must be Contact Hours.
- No more than 20 training hours may be Non-Contact Hours.
Our Online Fertile Bloom Program (8 non-contact hours) can therefore cover 8 of the 20 non-contact hours of study and contribute to these CPD requirements.
PLEASE NOTE This course is not alone designed to qualify graduates to teach Fertility yoga classes to the public if they are not yet a qualified yoga teacher (having completed a minimum Level 1 / 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training) and have not completed at least Level One of the Bliss Baby Yoga Fertility Yoga Teacher Training.
