‘Mums and Bubs’ Yoga Class
This Postnatal with Baby Yoga class (ie ‘Mums and Bubs’) with Nadine O’Mara includes lots of creative and fun ways for parents to practice yoga postures with their babies, building strength and finding restoration for the postnatal body as well as providing stimulation for babies. Nourishment for parent and baby is created through movements, massage, song, yoga postures, awareness of breath and relaxation.
This video is a valuable resource for teachers of postnatal yoga, or the new mother may wish to practice along at home. Includes PDF of class plan.

To practise along with this video class you’ll need the following props:
- yoga mat
- baby or demo doll
- block or thick book
- any props that will help you feel most comfortable in floor-based seated / kneeling postures (blanket / cushion / bolster / chair)
