Yoga for Miscarriage Class (Online Video)
Miscarriage is a heart-breaking event that as many as one in five women can experience. However, it’s little talked about, and a woman often feels alone in her grieving and healing process. Bliss Baby Yoga is passionate about using feminine yoga practices to support women at all times in their lives including when healing and transitioning from miscarriage or abortion.
That’s why our Director and Founder, Ana Davis, created this special video class. Our Yoga for Miscarriage online class is a gentle, healing and restorative yoga practice that a woman can practise safely in those weeks following the loss of a baby. It is designed to support not only the healing process of the body—for the uterus and pelvic floor—but also aims to provide a safe, sacred container for women to emotionally grieve and release: a vital part of healing and moving forward in her life.
This nurturing and restorative sequence for healing from miscarriage and pregnancy loss can be practiced in the first few weeks after you’ve stopped bleeding. Light a candle and play some soft nurturing music to create a sacred space for yourself as you practice this sequence.
