By completing the Bliss Baby Yoga Online L1  Yoga for Fertility Teacher Training course, teachers are able to accrue some of these necessary professional development hours as well as to gain the all-important knowledge and skills to launch them into this specialised area of women’s health.

(The following information re: Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance requirements for CPD was true at the time of publishing – please check the Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance websites via links below to confirm their requirements).

For Yoga Australia members, 12 CPD points (Continuing Professional Development) must be accrued each year to keep your membership active. These can be accrued through contact or non-contact hours of study. Our Online L1 Yoga for Fertility Teacher Training course is made up of non-contact hours of study, however as our course includes an assessment component (final written assignment), for Yoga Australia members (as per their Continuing Education Policy) the hours spent completing our course are counted as contact hours, core to yoga teaching (1 point per hour). The Bliss Baby Yoga Online L1 Yoga for Fertility Teacher Training course is 25 hours, so Yoga Australia members will accrue at least 25 CPD points.

For Yoga Alliance members,  according to their Continuing Education Requirements, every 3 years starting from your initial date of registration, each RYT and E-RYT must complete and log a minimum of:

  1. 45 hours teaching yoga, and
  2. 30 hours of yoga related training that is directly related to one of the Educational Categories, of which:

Our 25 hour Online L1 Yoga for Fertility Teacher Training course (non-contact hours) can therefore meet the 20 non-contact hours requirement.

At the end of the course we will also include you on our online directory of qualified pre/postnatal yoga teachers.

PLEASE NOTE that our Bliss Baby Yoga training courses are designed as post-graduate study for qualified yoga teachers, and are not alone designed to qualify graduates to teach fertility yoga classes to the public if they are not yet a qualified yoga teacher (having completed a minimum Level 1 / 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training).

The pre-requisite to enrol in our courses is at least 6-12 months consistent prior yoga practice experience – so that you are familiar with the basic postures / practices / terminology and can therefore gain the most from this training. We strongly recommend undertaking a 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training in addition to our specialised teaching before teaching any public classes, so that you can be insured as a qualified yoga teacher.

Once you’ve enrolled and your payment is confirmed, you’ll be sent an email with your log-in details to log into our special student section of the website where you can get started with your course.

This course consists of 4 ‘Modules’. Each ‘Module’, or section of the course,  consists of a varied and stimulating mix of video-lectures, sample video classes, audio lectures and audio practices, and accompanying reading from the course manual, as well as excerpts from Ana’s book Moving with the Moon. Have your yoga mat (and yoga props like bolster, brick and blankets) at the ready so you can practise along to the video classes.  The focus of this course is on ‘experiential learning’ so that you can experience many of the recommended practices yourself.

Course Assessment Requirements

At the end of the Modules you will be required to complete a short quiz that helps you solidify the learning. An 80% pass mark is required, but don’t worry, the quizzes are multiple choice/ true-false and you can re-do the quiz as many times as you need to.

At the end of the course content you will be required to complete a written  sequencing assignment. Upload your completed assignment to the website (very easy) and one of our Bliss Baby Yoga Facilitators will mark it and return it to you with their feedback.

Then, all you need to do is complete our Online Feedback Form (your feedback is soooo important to us!) and you will receive your Completion Certificate that you can either print out or keep digitally to send to registration bodies (eg: Yoga Alliance / Yoga Australia) to gain all-important CPD (Continuing Professional Development Points).

TANYA NEATE

Tanya_Neate_Bliss_Baby_Yoga

Tanya Neate has been exploring the power of yoga to support women’s health, especially women with fertility challenges since 2010. The journey began as a personal quest to discover which yogic practices most support fertility health and her discoveries were so empowering and transformative that she wondered why Fertility Yoga classes were nowhere to be found! A mission to get these practices to the women that needed them was born.

Tanya has undertaken extensive Hatha Yoga teacher training and many specialised trainings in yoga for women’s health, including the Bliss Baby Yoga 100 RPYT Prenatal and Postnatal training. Tanya has undertaken the 4-year yoga therapy teacher training in the tradition of Krishnamacarya to further enhance her yoga therapy skills and has become a qualified and registered counsellor which is another field of support she feels so blessed to be working in.

Tanya is the founder of Moon Tribe Yoga, a mum to two boys, a senior course facilitator for our Bliss Baby Yoga Online Fertility Yoga Teacher Training courses, and lead facilitator of our Supporting IVF with Fertility Yoga Online Module. She offers group yoga classes for fertility, prenatal and women’s wellness, yoga therapy, and counselling sessions in Melbourne. She also spends her time keeping up with the never-ending study and passion projects that come with this kind of wonderful work. One of Tanya’s favourite jobs is to do the video mentoring calls and chat to yoga teachers all over the globe who complete the Level 1 and Level 2 Fertility Yoga courses.

Kind words about Tanya:

“Tanya knows exactly how to bring you into your femininity and your inner power.” – Erlinda

“Tanya is a warm and approachable teacher. Being on a fertility journey can make the body a hard place to live, and Tanya’s class has been an anchor point in my week. I looked forward to the class as it approached, and I enjoyed the benefits for days afterwards. The gentle support of other women in the class has also been fostered beautifully by Tanya – never intrusive but always gentle and kind. Tanya has remarkable skills in devising classes which target the needs of women on a fertility journey. Now, however, I think that all women would benefit from her classes.” – Felicity

“I absolutely loved this course. It was full of information that encompassed so much of women’s health and wellbeing – the spiritual, emotional, as well as the physical.”
– Amelia, New Zealand

What past course participants say
'I am loving the course! I am actually writing this with happy tears. I recently had a miscarriage and ever since I have had extreme coccyx and sacrum pain. My root chakra is in definite need of healing and your miscarriage section has healed me just by reading it, completely opened my heart and the movements have helped with the pain astronomically! Last night was the first night I slept through without being woken by my numbing pain. Oh I love you Ana!'- Nadia, South Australia
'I both enjoyed the course and benefited from this course greatly! I loved learning about everything to do with feminine yoga. The course made me aware of my own hormones, my own body, my own cycle so that I can now pass this onto others in my community. I have already designed my own menstruation sequence and taught this to women who have come back to me with so much gratitude, I have had many requests to do this sequence more often after the healing that took place within themselves at the time. This is exactly the type of learnings I have been wanting to find and I am in my element offering this to others now. Thank you for creating such a beautiful course. The Skype call with Rosie was wonderful, It gave a lovely feeling of personalisation and hearing that my assignments was great I was thrilled, I also loved simply being able to meet and chat with Rosie 1:1. I am a very practical person, so I was delighted there was a balance of practical and theoretical components in this course. I received a lot of knowledge, much more that I thought I would. Love love love your work!!! So glad I found you.'- Melinda, QLD, Australia
'This course was amazing! Thank you! All of the content was fabulous. I feel reconnected to my feminine nature and I am so grateful. You ladies are sharing such a wonderful gift. I loved the beautiful womb meditations and they worked so well for me I can't wait to share with others. I was reintroduced to my womb which on first meditation felt so dark and empty I could hear an echo but after a few weeks it feels light and more luminous. I viewed my cycle as an annoyance or inconvenience until it went missing and adding gentle practice and womb meditations have helped to reduce my stress and rebalance my cycle as well as allow me to embrace my femininity without judgement, rather, celebration. I'm starting a 5 week women's series next week and I can't wait to share my knowledge with other women.'- Agnieszka, WA, Australia
'I absolutely loved this course. I found it really beneficial, as I feel Ana and Rosie present in-depth knowledge and information in a really practical way, and I have have thoroughly enjoyed studying the course and implementing the practices in my own life. I personally am on my own fertility journey, and the knowledge I have received from this course has been essential for my own experience - not just around fertility, but also the deep understanding of women's bodies in general. Even if you do not teach yoga but just want to learn more about women's fertility, I highly recommend this course. I really enjoyed the entire course but I think the emphasis throughout on honouring your cycle (no matter which stage you are in) has been really beneficial for me. I have previously struggled to honour what my body needs, and this course has really helped me to better understand why it is so important to listen to your body. As a student, you can tell Ana and Rosie have spent a lot of time not only researching this information, but also really thinking about the way they are delivering the course so that you can attain as much knowledge as possible. It was really great to chat to Rosie on the Skype session as well to help tie all the information from the course together. Rosie has so much experience and it was really lovely having that chance to speak to someone who has that experience and passion for what she does.'- Simone, QLD, Australia
'I loved the Bliss Baby Yoga Online L1 Fertility Yoga Teacher Training course. I’m already trained in Women’s Yoga, and this course completed my knowledge perfectly. I was looking at this course for over a year and am so glad I finally went to do it. It was the perfect moment in my personal life as well as I’m going through IVF. It probably took me so long to take this course because of the fact that it is online – but it really is practical and accessible. Everything is super intuitive and easy. I will definitely start teaching Fertility Yoga as soon as I can. The poses are yummy, but I really enjoyed all the information you made sure to teach. I was really touched by the miscarriage part. So many things we do not know and do not talk about. I also loved that you explained the whys and not only the hows. It’s the first time that I found an explanation on why someone would suggest a women not to do inversions when she’s on her period. Thank you. The assignment is such a good idea, because it makes you jump right into the topic bringing everything you learned together. The Skype session was a pleasant moment. It’s always nice to make sure to have a personal exchange, especially as it’s an online course. It’s a big plus.'- Tina, France
'I enjoyed and benefited from this Bliss Baby Yoga Online L1 Yoga for Fertility Teacher Training course - I used all of the techniques to help me and my husband through our IVF cycle. I have started to honour my own menstrual cycle after this course and I can feel the benefits. I found the course easy to follow and understand, everything was well explained with good scientific data where applicable, and the lectures were well structured. The teachers were brilliant! Sound knowledge on the topic and excellent communication skills. I spoke to Rosie over Skype and immediately connected with her. She's an incredible listener and has so much to offer. You can also feel Ana's passion and her love to help women with their health and wellbeing. I want to set up yoga for fertility classes in Singapore to help couples going through fertility issues. It is helping me immensely in our journey and I would love to support others going through it.'- Ritcha, Sydney, Australia / Singapore
'I benefited from this L1 Yoga for Fertility course enormously! I feel so empowered by the learnings contained in this course. Personally, my relationship to my menstrual cycle has greatly improved since first discovering Moving with the Moon, and now having completed this course I feel more capable of sharing this knowledge with others. I hope to start hosting women's circles and retreats which infuse restorative yoga, womb yoga and deep rest. This is the second course I have completed with Bliss Baby Yoga and I have been so pleased with the layout of both. The materials are very professionally presented and easy to navigate. The quizzes and final assignment help to integrate the learning contained in the readings and lectures. Tanya was very warm and giving on the call. We had a great discussion about the benefits of fertility yoga and she was very open in sharing her own professional experiences and wisdom.'- Audrey, Ireland
'In our world where we ignore our cyclical nature, and have shame around fertility and issues that can arise when trying to become pregnant, this course brings in the spiritual element that I personally believe everyone needs in on! I can't wait to share the things I learned through this course with my students. The structure of this course made it very easy to digest the information given while balancing other parts of my life. I loved the sequence for those who have experienced a miscarriage - as this is a very secretive topic among most of us, it can be hard to find ways to support those who have experienced this. Being able to be in contact with someone else who has a passion for this as well (via the end-of-course Skype session) was a great intro into talking about this and sharing it with those around me. It felt like this course had a lot of vital information to really help other women (as well as myself).'- Alexandra, USA
'Personally, the course helped me to slow down and to adapt my practice to my own rhythm, and to listen more to my body. I will be able to apply this more feminine and nurturing approach to my own practice and the classes I teach. The course was very interesting and exactly what I was looking for. I had a few ``aha-moments`` of which I thought ``Why didn't I know this before?``. I even conceived during the course!'- Anonymous, France
'It has been an empowering experience learning about yoga for menstruation and fertility. I undertook my 200 YTT a couple of years ago and have recently been drawn to discovering more about fertility and pregnancy yoga. I was diagnosed with breast cancer when I was 27, went through 5 years of treatment, and was told I may never menstruate again. I’m 32 now and to my absolute delight, I started menstruating in November last year! I have even recently synced to the cycle of the moon. I feel this course has been very timely. It has helped me connect with my body at a new level and rediscover the power of my mind. I look forward to sharing what I have learnt and to starting your pregnancy yoga course soon.'- Maddy, New Zealand
'I have to say, the Fertility Yoga Teacher Training course has been a game changer for my own practice and how I want to go on to teach yoga for the future. I found the course enlightening, both on a personal level and professional. I feel there are so many important principles in this approach to yoga that are widely misunderstood in modern yoga, especially for women. I feel very well equipped to share this knowledge with my students. I have always gravitated towards the spaces created for women through yoga and as I have dealt with unexplained infertility myself, so many questions were answered for me through this approach to yoga. I thought Ana and Rosie were inspiring and enjoyed listening to their perspectives and their presence was really relatable but professional. Tanya was so lovely. We had a great video call and she was super, super helpful. It was really an invaluable way to round off the course, I got a lot from it. I’m looking forward to studying with Bliss Baby Yoga again. Thank you to all.'- Alexandra, Bulgaria
'I thought this course was wonderful - the quality of information was great. I'm currently supporting women on their fertility journey and it has given me an amazing tool that can enhance this support. Getting the opportunity to speak to Rosie was invaluable to ask practical questions and to consolidate my own learning. Ana's Dark Moon practice and the practice for miscarriage I know will provide much needed physical, mental and emotional support to many of my clients.'- Amy, UK
'I benefited greatly from this course. I personally noticed an impact on my mental and emotional health, which helped me manage my own symptoms of endometriosis throughout my cycle. Learning a more gentler, restorative yoga practice is an approach I will incorporate with my own clients who see me for stress management.'- Samantha, USA
'I have learnt so so much from this fantastic course. It has helped me personally with my IVF journey as it has helped me understand my body and mind better. I have been a yoga teacher for over 10 years, I have an Hon Degree in Sports Science, so I was always confident with my knowledge and teaching however I feel that this course has provided me with so much more than just knowledge it has offered me a way of living and I am really excited to share this passion with others.'- Angela, UK
'I completed the Level 1 Fertility and Supporting IVF Yoga Teacher Training courses over the summer. They were wonderful on both a personal and professional level. You will learn so much about women's cycles, assisted reproductive technology, when and how to safely modify practices, and most importantly- why, including benefits and contraindications, all backed by evidence. As someone who is struggling with fertility, this course has been so impactful on a personal level. I've learned to adjust my own practice to better support my mind and body during this challenging time. The guided meditations and visualizations are such a gift to have. If you are a yoga teacher looking to specialize in women's health, this is completely for you. You will be able to provide rich tools, classes, and support to a niche community of women. I highly recommend it and I look forward to continuing with more courses.'- Tara, USA

Our 30 hour Online L2 Yoga for Fertility Teacher Training course (non-contact hours) can therefore meet the 20 non-contact hours requirement.

At the end of the course we will also include you on our online directory of qualified Yoga for Fertility teachers.

Our Online L2 Yoga for Fertility course is easy to navigate—it’s all clearly laid out and you don’t have to be a ‘techy’ person to figure it out!

This course consists of 5 ‘Modules’. Each ‘Module’, or section of the course,  consists of a varied and stimulating mix of video-lectures, sample video classes, audio lectures and audio practices, and accompanying reading from the course manual.

At the end of the course content you will be required to complete a written  sequencing assignment and pre-record yourself teaching 2 of these asanas and one pranayama or visualisation. While we prefer English, you can record this in the language you feel most comfortable in. Upload your video to Google Drive and your completed assignment with Google Drive link to the website  (very easy) and one of our Bliss Baby Yoga Facilitators will mark it and return their feedback.

Because we understand that you’re fitting this course around other commitments that may include yoga teaching, working, or being a mother, you have 12 months to complete this course, and the information and resources in this course downloadable (yours to keep forever). How you pace your study-load, that’s up to you, and what works best for your lifestyle.

WHAT OUR GRADUATES ARE SAYING
'I am loving this online fertility course that you (Rosie and Ana) have created. It is brilliant and so professional. It will be wonderfully supportive for me as I care for my clients. Thank you for the time and effort that must have gone into it.' Amanda (SA, AUS), Online L1 Yoga for Fertility Teacher Training graduate
WHAT OUR GRADUATES ARE SAYING
'This course is so wholistic - I love how it truly focuses on the body and spirit of a new mama, and her growing/new babe. It’s not just asana. The course addresses the WHOLE mama, and I think that is invaluable. It’s exactly what I was looking for when researching online courses. It would’ve made more sense for me to do a course in the USA but I was really drawn to this one for the spiritual and emotional elements.' Amber (USA), Online Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training graduate
WHAT OUR GRADUATES ARE SAYING
'The course was exactly what I needed. I liked the emphasis on safety and the therapeutic recommendations for the various pregnancy related ailments. Ana’s style of teaching offers a practical approach, whilst being centred, empathetic and nurturing. The flexibility of being able to do the course in my own time was very much appreciated. I have a busy teaching schedule and I’m a mum so it was good to be able to take the time I needed to complete the course properly. I really liked the structure of the course, very clear and easy to follow.' Julia (UK), Online Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga TT graduate
WHAT OUR GRADUATES ARE SAYING
'The Bliss Baby Yoga Level 2 Restorative Yoga Teacher Training is a woven together in a synergistic balance of theory and practical. The deeply feminine approach is clearly offered from a place of deep knowing as each of the facilitators draw on their wisdom and knowledge, sharing this information in an easily relatable and digestible way. Not only aesthetically pleasing, the platform is easy and seamless to navigate. It truly is fabulous! The final video call mentoring session phenomenal. Star held space so beautifully and offered supportive guidance which really landed in my bones. I loved this connection as the culmination of our studies, thank you. I feel really spoilt!' Kirstie (VIC, AUS), Online L1 & L2 Restorative Yoga Teacher Training graduate

I have already recommended it to other teachers at our studio.' Mary (USA), Online Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training graduate
WHAT OUR GRADUATES ARE SAYING
'I benefited from the Bliss Baby Yoga Online L1 Restorative Yoga TT course on both a personal and professional level. Personally, it worked as an anchor, it helped me through difficult times and I keep coming back to it every week to cultivate it's grounding effect. Professionally, I fell in love with the teaching of Restorative Yoga, it's my favorite Yoga style to teach, and I am very passionate about it and how I want to give it to my students. With the whole course and all the references you gave I feel comfortable about applying the knowledge and techniques I learned.' Anna (France), Online L1 Restorative Yoga Teacher Training graduate
WHAT OUR GRADUATES ARE SAYING
'Both of the courses I have completed with Bliss Bay Yoga were so well done. It has been a truly invaluable learning experience for me. I must say that I have learnt more during your online course then during my residential 200h teacher training - I honestly couldn't expect that a remote training would be so helpful and constructive. Everything was perfect; the atmosphere, all of the knowledge. The course was very informative, useful and inspiring. I engaged in this course during a lockdown and with my newborn at home, and I couldn't be happier. The Baby Bliss Yoga team is very professional and thanks to this course I feel confident to start my teaching career.' Marica (Italy), Online Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training graduate
WHAT OUR GRADUATES ARE SAYING
'Thank you so much for an amazing online course. I was so blown away by all the beautiful content and felt like I received such a deep level of learning from it. I have been craving more knowledge and depth into Yoga for Fertility and you well and truly delivered. I ran a small workshop from my home on Sunday to put what i had learnt to practice. It was an intimate group of 3 women and it was just so beautiful! Thank you again. I'm so so grateful!' Jenny (NSW, AUS), Online L1 Yoga for Fertility TT graduate
